5. WELCOME

The chairman welcomed guests to the meeting.

6. BUSINESS WATCH

Local business is having problems with school children and the ringmaster system is ineffective. The launch of a new website "Palacewatch.com" should enable local businesses to log problems with the backing of the police and everyone will be able to share content. DB has spoken with police in Norbury. Tags will be photographed and posted on to the site for recognition and ultimately, conviction. The site will be online before the next meeting. Members will be written to.

IP and BR suggested unification on police issues by getting together a delegation of four people and talking to Paul Minton at Croydon under the banner of 'Chamber of Commerce'.

7. ONE WAY SYSTEM AND TRANSPORT

The one way system is ongoing, we are waiting for approval on the underground. Top site development will go ahead in the future but will be more publicly acceptable.

The Tramlink has exceeded all expectations as it stands and will be good for Crystal Palace.

8. MEMBERSHIP

Membership directory will be created in print and online. JSK is working through the record and contacts to weed out those who are no longer interested. Membership is now stronger and more organised. An Associate Membership is being set up for those who come along and give support, but where it is not appropriate for them to pay.

9. ANY OTHER BUSINESS

There was no other business.
